Quick Start

Run the installer — double-click the downloaded .exe and follow the setup wizard.

Log in — use the email and password you created during checkout to activate your license.

Enter your API key — paste your TopStepX API key into Settings on first launch.

Add a bot — click + Add Bot, pick a strategy and contract, and hit Start.
⊞ Windows only — Mac and Linux are not currently supported.
🛡 Windows SmartScreen Notice

When you run the installer, Windows may show a "Windows protected your PC" warning. This is normal for new software and does not mean the app is harmful.

Click "More info" in the SmartScreen dialog.

Click "Run anyway" to proceed with the installation.

⚠ Risk Recommendation

We strongly recommend configuring risk limits directly in your TopStepX account as a second layer of protection. Set a daily loss limit and max drawdown in the TopStepX dashboard — the bot has its own risk controls, but having both is the safest approach.
